The process of re-designing your property starts with the “dream.”
Analyzing and conceptualizing your future landscape is the beginning
of the development of a landscape plan. Developing a “wish” list of patios,
walkways, paths, trees, shrubs and flowers is next. Making a list of your
favorite colors, scents and textures will also helpful in developing a plan.
An on-site meeting will be the next step where we can talk about the concept together.
After developing the plan for the landscape a list will be developed including the number
of plants, trees, shrubs, the sizes of plant material and all features to be added to the landscape.
A budget will be developed at this point. After the budget is developed if the client wants to actually
see the proposed plant material a nursery walk-through is arranged to help with visualization. A really
good plan is necessary to develop “the dream.”
Clients are always encouraged to have input during installation. Changes are common when placing plant material.
