Many people often have areas of their property that are unusable. There might be an area is covered in thick brush, saplings or trees.
There might be an area is rocky and uneven. Whatever the case may be we can reclaim those areas to usable space.
Removing the overgrowth at the surface is the first step. If the area is uneven we use a sandy clean fill to create a level sub-grade.
If lawn is desired we add loam, but often we add clean wood chips to establish a usable area.
